The Main Material Of The Switch

1. Panel: (three kinds)

ABS: low-grade engineering plastic, easy to change color, low strength.

PC material: strong impact resistance, strong heat resistance, high transparency.

Electric jade powder: non-flammable, never discolored, never worn, strong thermochemical properties.

2. Switch current-carrying parts (copper sheet) (three types)

Brass: It is hard, slightly weak in elasticity, moderate in conductivity and bright yellow.

Tin Phosphor Bronze: Hard, good elasticity, better conductivity than brass, reddish-yellow.

Red copper: slightly soft, good elasticity, high conductivity, purple-red.

3. Switch contacts (two types)

Sterling silver: low resistance, soft texture, low melting point, easy to oxidize, easy to generate arcs, burn out wires or switching components, resulting in poor power supply.

Silver alloy: low resistance, wear-resistant texture, high melting point, anti-oxidation, and comprehensive performance superior to pure silver.

4. Switch and pull out the mouth (two kinds)

Self-lubricating type: Nylon, hard and abrasion-resistant material, self-lubricating, effectively reducing friction.

Ordinary reinforced nylon: there is astringent banding phenomenon over time, the increase of friction will lead to melting of silver spots, and the current carrying capacity will decrease.

5. Base (three kinds)

Imported reinforced nylon: good insulation, strong rigidity, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, no deformation under high temperature, to ensure that the internal components will never fall off.

Recycled PC material: weak impact resistance, weak heat resistance, easy to deform.

Ordinary synthetic plastics: easy to age, flammable and deformable.
